Week 013 - Three month milestone

Here it is... 
My three months milestone picture.



15.7 kilos is a LOT of weight to lose in 13 weeks.
You can see the change in my face and a bit in my gut.

Pretty happy with this as a three month progress.

Of course, I found it MUCH easier to lose weight at the start of my journey, but that is to be expected..

Clothes are starting to feel lose, I have more energy.
Even the seat belt is a bit looser.

I am looking forward to the next 3 months to see even more changes in my body, my health and my fitness.
